  • Purchase of a eight bedroom former guest house, obtained Change of Use to form two semi detached properties, one a cottage and the other a barn conversion. Renovated both properties for sale.

  • Purchased a small plot for a detached dwelling near to a Director's home, tweaked the planning to a more pretty design, purchased an adjoining small parcel of land, constructed the house and sold it.

  • Purchased a very run down grand detached house, repaired, refurbished and extended the property.
  • Redevelopment of Crossways Guest House, St Austell
  • Purchase of a run down seven bedroom former guest house with various serious building issues, obtained Change of Use to residential, repaired and refurbished the property.
  • Conversion of Former Water Reservoir, Carclaze
  • Purchase of a Victorian brick built underground water tank, obtained Planning Consent to convert existing tank and build new structure on top to form a 'Grand Designs' house.
